Longmeadow Rescue Ranch - A Division of the Humane Society of Missouri

Oliver came to Longmeadow Rescue Ranch in 1997, not even a year-old steer. He was left at a car dealership as a down payment for a new vehicle. After a brief adventure as a stray, he was rounded up by the sheriff's department and brought to Longmeadow Rescue Ranch. He is a witness to the harsh world that brings as many as 125 horses and other large animals to the Ranch each year. His big brown eyes and his gentle personality have earned him a place as an official mascot.

Celebrating 20 Years
